The one thing you need to know about me is this.... my word is my bond.

I can do a deal with a handshake, (not that that is something you can really do in Real Estate), but seriously, if I COMMIT to something, then I am COMMITED to seeing it through to completion.

In the last 5 years since making the decision to become a REALTOR® , I  have been a top producer, and for the past few years have consistently been in the top 20 producers at Royal LePage Kelowna. I have achieved this by providing good, old-fashioned service. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty if necessary. More importantly, if you are willing to listen, I will ALWAYS tell you the truth about the market, your home, and what you need to do to get your home sold. My new Five Star Seller Program, I believe, will help set the bar for service that you can come to expect from a full service REALTOR®.

For Buyers, I believe that loyalty is a must. In order to find you the home you seek, I will spend more time with you in the office, and getting to know you before we run around and look at things. I also believe, from my own experience, most people sign Real Estate Contracts without really knowing what is in them. My intent is to train you BEFORE we go out shopping, so you understand the process, the contract, and what they expectations are, so when we do finally get out shopping, we will look at a smaller number of homes, and when we do, all you will need to bring is your chequebook and a measuring tape. You will be in good hands for the rest. 

 

OK.... a little history...

I was born in Winnipeg in 1958... that makes me 54 this year.  I have been in the Okanagan for just over 20 years, which is where I met my beautiful wife Pam. I have 3 amazing daughters, who are all now adults, and a precious grand daughter who makes us smile always.

I gradually started heading west in 1983, living in Regina, Calgary and Edmonton, before finally calling Kelowna home. I have a Commerce Degree from the University of Manitoba, (B.Comm.(Hons.), 1983). Over the years, I have held a number of positions , as high as International Marketing Director for a Canadian based Technology company. I have had extensive experience writing ad copy, using the internet, and much more that will enable me to put together a strong package to help you sell. I have owned my own businesses, many which have been built from the ground up.

I am a graduate of the Peak Potentials Enlightened Warrior Program. I am a "get it done" type person. I am energetic, honest, ethical, and hard working.
